Peanut prices received by farmers for all farmer stock peanuts averaged 25.6 cents per pound for the week ending May 28, up 2.4 cents from the previous week. Marketings of all farmer stock peanuts for the week ending May 28 totaled 88.6 million pounds, up 32.4 million pounds from the previous week.
Runner-type peanut prices averaged 24.4 cents per pound for the week ending May 28, up 1.2 cents from the previous week. Marketings of runner-type peanuts totaled 60.7 million pounds, up 4.51 million pounds from the previous week.
