We haven’t tried it yet, but the word is out that Chick-fil-A is now offering a gluten-free bun made with … wait for it … sorghum. The Chick-fil-A restaurant group continues to expand its gluten-free menu. The company recently announced the addition of the bun, which is made with ground sorghum, quinoa, and amaranth (the grain, not the weed). The new product is lightly sweetened with molasses and raisin. It comes individually packaged and can be ordered with any of the chain’s sandwich offerings.
Doesn’t it make you wonder what those Chick-fil-A cows are thinking? I’ll have my silage on the side please.
