    Ohio: Harvest Wrapped Up – USDA

    Harvest is virtually completed in Ohio. There were 4.7 days suitable for fieldwork for the week ending November 15th according to Cheryl Turner, Ohio State Statistician of the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service.

    Growers were able to wrap up harvest this week, the majority have reached completion. Winter wheat and cover crops are looking better as weather has been cooperative for emergence. On farm activities for last week included fall tillage, cutting wood, installing tile and clearing fence rows.
