Soybeans dropped below $9 for the first time since Monday. Corn and soybean export sales for the week were within expectations, with another large soybean sale announced to China. Brazil planting pace is going strong which is weighing on prices. Soybean exports for the marketing year are slightly ahead of USDA’s projected pace but corn is considerably behind pace.
