Alabama Cooperative Extension will host a Cotton Production Meeting in Autaugaville February 19, 2015. The meeting will be held at the Autauga County Extension office located at 2226 HWY 14 W in Autaugaville. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. and include a sponsored lunch.
Glen Harris from University of Georgia will present his recent research on cotton fertility. Ron Smith will cover insects and seed treatments. Christy Hicks will present results of an on farm glyphosate resistant pigweed trial.
