Grain TV: Mixed Basis Movement

Corn basis levels saw some positive movement along Upper Mississippi River terminals on positive exports and reduced barge rates. Soybean basis averaged slightly higher for the nation as a whole, but saw some significant declines along the Lower River and the Gulf which are also likely export driven.
