Cotton scored a nice rebound out of the blue today. The only explanation we can find is that veteran cotton expert O.A. Cleveland issued a report over the weekend whereby he predicts that not only is U.S. cotton acreage still likely to be dropping for 2015, but that GLOBAL cotton acreage will likely be down 10-15% in 2015 while demand is showing signs of picking up.
