A Cotton Research Update Meeting and UC Cotton Workgroup Meeting will be held on Sept. 16, 2014, in Tulare.
The event runs from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Tulare County Ag Building Auditorium, 4437 South Laspina Street. Lunch is provided.
There will be reports on research projects from Cotton Incorporated, CA Cotton Alliance, and CA Cotton Growers Association, followed by the Cotton Incorporated State Support Committee Meeting.
REGISTRATION begins at 8 a.m. and the meeting starts promptly at 8:30.
The program includes research project updates on a variety of topics, including Lygus Manamgement Issues and Alternative Lygus Management Approaches; Improved Management of Arthropod Pests of SJV Cotton; and Overview of Fusarium Projects and Presentation Plans.
