Grain TV: Basis Levels Up Slightly

Corn and soybeans were unchanged ahead of Monday’s reports while wheat continues its up and down trading range pattern. Basis levels were slightly higher for corn and soybeans across most of the country, though the Upper Midwest saw declines with continued problems with rail transportation. Corn basis along the river in particular climbed higher this week as more corn is being shipped down to the Gulf.
